1999-present WorldGate Communications Trevose, PA

Application/Support Engineer

* Designed WorldGate interactive head ends for integration with Motorola & Scientific Atlanta OAM&P networks.

* Supported worldwide operations of the WorldGate service on a daily basis.

* Maintained local DAC 6000 database (sco Unix).

* Duties included 3rd tier troubleshooting and diagnosing of issues with the WorldGate interactive service and interactive program guide (TV Gateway).

1997-1998 Vircom TG West Chester, PA

Senior Cable Technician

* Supervised and trained twenty-five cable technicians, including maintaining time schedules and fostering adherence to telecomunications codes and regulations.
* Maintained vendor and customer relations.
* Responsible for installation of data and voice networks (cat 5, cat 3, coaxial and fiber optic), including site surveys and termination of fiber cables.
